I highly encourage prospective students and their parents to read through this information to see if there are any concerns or necessary clarification.  

 

The parent will be required to sign the last page of the studio contract, and I will sign as well to acknowledge that the parent and I have clarified any and all concerns.  I will provide the contract via email as we near the student's trial lesson.  I will also provide a printed copy to discuss and sign in the lesson.  I will keep the last page on file, and the parent will keep the contract so that you can reference it as need be.

I DO NOT begin scheduling the student’s lessons until the parent and I have both signed the contract.
